As part of an individual leadership coaching, Petra van Wickeren took me on a journey which turned out to be a much deeper and more complex task, and one in which I could learn about myself in finding my own leadership personality, than I could have imagined beforehand. Petra van Wickeren accompanied me for many years as a moderator – the leadership conferences of the Africa section of GIZ with her were real highlights.
